London Beer Disaster

We’re not talking about most of the stuff the macro’s produce (I know bad joke). An actual beer disaster in which a total of 323,000 imperial gallons (or 3,550 barrels) of beer washed down the streets of London. Interestingly, the courts ruled it an “Act of God”. Thinking about it Jack’s Abbey dumped 3,000 gallons recently. My Google-Fu hasn’t come up with how many barrels Breweries currently dump annually.

Check it out in today’s maps on Google Maps (where Dominion Theatre is now)
